Outdoor Leadership Courses
Field Leader courses provide the foundations for judgement and decision making enabling safe and enjoyable experiences outside.
Field Leader courses focus on the leadership aspects of bringing a group outdoors. They provide an effective framework for the group leader to cover all their bases, act as a team member, and address human factors to manage risks in an effective manner.

The courses prepare a person to organize an outdoor trip within an organizational structure whether is an outdoor club, camp, outfitter, school, community program, outdoor centers, or any other context where outdoor activities are part of programming.
Wilderness & Standard First Aid - CPR C
There are three levels of Wilderness First Aid skills training that range from basic to advanced levels. The focus of the course is to adapt First Aid skills as needed, based on availability of supplies, the environment, and additional factors encountered in a remote setting.

Standard First Aid and CPR C - This comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.
Course meets legislation requirements for OH&S worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Bear Spray & Wildlife Encounter Training
Specialize in Non-lethal Bear and Wildlife Management with a focus on reducing or eliminating human / wildlife encounters.

Our comprehensive course will explain in detail what you need to know, emphasize key points and test your knowledge retention with hand-on training. The course has been designed to ensure you have a good understanding of bear safety and are able to stay safe in the event of an encounter. After completion of this course you will be issued a certificate of completion.
